Whats so good about Act 3?

Metal Gear Solid 4, people always talk about how awesome Act 3 was. The sneaking mission, bike getaway with Big Mama, fight again Raging Raven, and the epic cutscene with Liquid and pals in the boat.



I always hear people talk about how great Act 3 was. Whats so great about it. Personally I think Act 4 and 5 were the best.Whats so good about Act 3?

This is so typical of Metal Gear and why I love the series so much, even it's fans can never agree on a favorite, the whole series is just too damn imba!
Why isn't this in the MGS forum I don't know..

Great game though, best this gen.I love taking Pictures with the Digital Cam in MGS4, then sending those pics to my PSN friend list, funny pics FTW. Also, New CAMO's and AUDIO FILES are available, check it out. Use it all in the next singleplayer campaign!

The only thing I liked about act 3 was the bike ride with big mama and the part when liquid gains control of the system(That part was epic :o)
5 was saved by the cutscenes and crawling through the hallway IMO. It went from exploring these huge areas to being on this tiny ship. 3 was good because it was a change of pace. I remember saying ''I feel like James Bond or something'' out loud multiple times. The rail shooter sequence was dramatic and Raging Raven was my favorite boss. Also the Film Noir tint of the whole act made it feel like Casablanca or something. And the finale on the volta river is one of my favorite cutscenes in the whole game.

It was the weakest Act though IMO.

Act 3 was terrible imo, all you did was stalk a guy and go through a super hard(only on Boss Extreme) bike chase. Act 2 was by far the best act.
