Since when do casuals come on gaming forums?.Why is Wii even mentioned on these board ...
That's quite a stereotype, don't you think?:roll:Why is Wii even mentioned on these board ...
What is Wii?
Since it's proven itself to be able to have GOTY games.
I'd say old school Nintendo fans are alot more hardcore than MS and Sony fans.
You get the Nintendo fans who only have a Wii, so they think they have tons of ammunition for System Wars, when really they are waving a white flag saying, ''Wii don't want to play.''Just kidding, Wii's great, but like I said, those who only own Wii, think the otehr 2 systems arent' up to par since it doesn't have a Nintendo Seal on it. I rarly play my Wii, I would really like a sheep to show me how they can play it all the time.
Let me put is simply : 'System' Wars is the board name, Wii is a system.Although I do agree, some sheeps with neither PS3 or X360 think that they have the best system to grace the earth.~IcyG
Considering you can't call yourself a hardcore gamer without a Wii I'm pretty sure it belongs here.Plus it's kicking the crap out of the 360 and PS3 so yeah, that works too
I'd say old school Nintendo fans are alot more hardcore than MS and Sony fans.
Yeah, I'm sure they make up approximately 5 million of the overall Wii sales. If Nintendo made a Gamecube 2, based on the trends of console sales, it would have probably sold 10-15 million units tops. But then they wanted to make my grandma and 9 year old sister play, so they got a bigger audiance.

I highly doubt your grandma and 9 year old sister post in SW.
You're not hardcore, you're an enthusiastThere have been so many new ways to play games and completely new genres to play that in order to call yourself hardcore you need to play them all (if you have the money of course)Hardcore players play every genre and they try out every new advancement in gaming. There's things on the Wii that have never been done before so unless you have one the moniker of hardcore cannot be used.

I highly doubt your grandma and 9 year old sister post in SW.
True, but I meant most of the people who own it, aren't hardcore, but obviously theres more then enough to post in System Wars, all you need is a couple hundred on forums and it looks like theres a lot of hardcore gamers.

Yeh I see where your coming from. I'm just arguing with the OP really. I hate how ''hardcore gamer'' is thrown around on these forums now.

The wii sucks so that is a good question. My wii has been sitting around the house for a year and has only been played 3 times.
You can't call yourself hardcore without having owned a virtual boy then, right?
Playing the virtual boy meant risking your health. So it gets a special exemption.
