Pretty sure DOA satisfies 360 owners...I know I'd be satisfied with it...
I doubt they'd include Dom as well as Fenix, as they'd fight pretty much exactly the same wouldnt they? Other than that that's a great list, and it honestly made me think of how awesome that game would be. :P How could you forget Ryu Hyabusa though?

Sigh everytime I see a topic like this it just makes me think...why isn't Sony and Microsoft making a game like Smash on their platforms...it doesn't make sense.

[/QUOTE]Mistwalker and Bungie, while not officially a part of Microsoft last I recall, as well as Epic Games, would probably be willing to allow characters from there games in Microsoft's Smash Bros. clone. Everyone else that isn't a part of Microsoft though would be a major problem. There are other problems including character variety (Or rather the lack of variety) seeing as a couple of these characters use conventional firearms as weapons. There's also the Smash Bros. series premise of epic matches like Mario versus Link.

All the characters you stated will make the game totally unbalanced haha.
