So I don't play games on my PS3 anymore. ...

Is there something wrong with me? I bought it a month ago and i beat mgs4, and i played the demo of resistance (meh) and i kinda enjoyed uncharted but i was kinda meh about it. The only thing i use it for is to play movies, because it's quieter than my xbox, and it plays blu-ray even though i did enjoy blade runner on the xbox in hd. I've come to realize that I have a blu-ray player that just happens to play a couple of games that interest me.and it got me thinking on something else, honestly, where would the PS3 be if it didnt have a blu-ray player? So I don't play games on my PS3 anymore. ...

If it didn't have blue ray it would be cheaper,but I still would pick it as my main system. 360 is only for exclusives for me.

[/QUOTE]Well, it seems like you're insinuating that without bluray (to play movies), there wouldn't be many enjoyable games for people to enjoy (or enjoy for a long time) and it's main purpose is like that of a stand alone bluray player. Reread your OP if it and tell me it doesn't sound like that. If I misinterpreted, well exclude that part about everyone being like you in my original post but my position still stands that many people enjoy their games and it will be in the same position as it is now probably, only cheaper, more affordable.

I enjoy both PS3 and 360, but PS3 is my main console, i like 360 for its exclusives..

I don't really play Halo 3 anymore, i wasn't too into the multiplayer but i liked the single player.

Since this gen has been mainly about multiplats thus far, whichever console you own them on is generally going to get the most play time. Both consoles have a strong exclusive lineup for this fall though.
I can see where you're coming from. Personally MGS4 is the only reason why I'd want a PS3. One game isn't enough.
